I love my 1999 Audi A8, so when I foolishly backed into a pole I was devastated. I had known Jim for a couple of years and had heard great things about his work. He was sympathetic and knew how much I cared about my car. My biggest concern, besides repairing the dent, was matching the unusual red paint color.
